I've received a gift - how do I get started?

Great news! You have twelve months from the date you received your Gift Voucher by email to use it. And you can use it to book tickets for any Barbican event.

All the instructions you need are included in your email, but if you don’t have it handy, here’s a quick guide:

How to use your voucher:

  1. Log in or create a Barbican account if you don’t already have one.
  2. Add tickets or a Membership to your basket.
  3. At checkout:
  • Ignore the first-stage ‘promo code’ box – this isn’t the right one.
  • At the second stage, you’ll see a ‘Gift Voucher code’ box. Enter your code there.
  1. Apply your credit by clicking the ‘Use available credit’ button. Your basket total will update to reflect your voucher amount.

If you’re using your voucher towards a Barbican Membership, the process is exactly the same – just add your chosen Membership level to your basket first.
