With your customer number you were automatically given a
consisting of your full customer number followed by the first four digits of your postcode e.g. 123456EC2Y

Your Barbican membership card or mailings
The receipt for any tickets you may have purchased previously from the Barbican
Mailings you may have received from us promoting events

Where is my customer number?
If you have booked tickets with the Barbican before, you will have a customer number. You will find this number at the top of all letters and if you have lost it, the Box Office can advise you of this (telephone 0207 638 8891).
By quoting this number it will ensure that you have one main record with us, and will help ensure that you do not receive duplicate communications from us.
Password for existing customers
As an existing customer who has not registered online yet, you will automatically have been set up with a default password. This consists of your full customer number followed by the first four digits of your postcode, eg. 12345EC2Y.
Password for customers who have registered before
If you cannot find your password, then please ask us to send it to you (you will find this option above in the "Password" section.
