e-tickets are also available to download directly from your online account in the Orders and tickets section.

If you are contacting us at least 24hrs in advance of the event you've booked, we are able to offer credit that you may use for future bookings. A charge of £2.50 per ticket will be deducted and the balance will be credited to your Barbican account to use on future bookings. Please visit your account where you can select the tickets you wish to return. If you have any questions, please use the below to contact our Box Office team.

If you are looking to return tickets for a performance starting within 24 hours, we are unable to guarantee we can cancel in exchange for Barbican Credit. By adding your details below, you will be confirming that you are happy for us to offer your tickets up for resale. We can only offer for resale once a performance is sold out and another customer is looking to purchase. If we are succesful, we will then cancel your tickets for Barbican Credit, minus a £2.50 charge (per ticket). Although nothing is guaranteed, we will do our very best to try and sell your tickets and there is often high demand for sold out performances. If we are able to provide credit, you will receive an email confirming. Please complete the sections below or visit your account where you'll be able to select the tickets you wish to offer for resale.
