Roll up your sleeves and whip up an Italian favourite Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli at this interactive workshop.

Learn how to roll fresh pasta using our pasta machines and mix the perfect filling of earthy spinach and creamy ricotta at this interactive Sunday morning food workshop. Known as a staple dish for Sunday lunch, this recipe is one of the most popular in Italy. An Italian pizza chef and talented, informative instructor, Chef Victor guides you through the process of creating a perfectly balanced ravioli.

You'll leave with a fundamental knowledge in making ravioli, plus anything that you make on the day. Plus enjoy a complimentary pastry and hot drink and the chance to chat with other Members on the morning. 

We’ve reduced the number of participants for our cooking workshops so you’ll get even more guidance from our Chef.

Arrive via the Lakeside Terrace entrance on level G from 8.30am to enjoy your complimentary hot drink and pastry. The workshop will start promptly at 9am and finish at 10am so Barbican Kitchen can open to the public.

Suitable for vegetarians, not suitable for those with an intolerance to gluten or dairy.
