Getting to the Barbican by car/coach Road closures in November and December

Car
The Barbican is clearly sign-posted and has four car parks. Two are off Beech Street (westbound access only) and two are off Silk Street near the main entrance. All car parks have a height restriction of 6'1". The postcode of the car parks is EC2Y 8DS.

Diversions involving Silk Street
Until Feb 2012, Silk Street is closed to Eastbound vehicular traffic between Milton Street and Moor Lane with a diversion via Milton Street, Chiswell Street and Finsbury Street. Moor Lane will be closed to Northbound vehicular traffic between Silk Street and Ropemaker Street with a diversion via Silk Street, Milton Street, Chiswell Street, Finsbury Street and Ropemaker Street. Milton Street will be closed to southbound vehicular traffic between Milton Court and Silk Street with a diversion via Chiswell Street, Finsbury Street, Ropemaker Street, Moor Lane and Silk Street or Chiswell Street and Silk Street.
Coach
Coaches may set down and collect passengers in Silk Street. Limited coach parking is available in the metered bays in Silk Street and Fore Street. For more info visit the City of London website.
