Insurance for organisers
Under the terms of the Hiring Agreement and the Standard Conditions, the Corporation must be indemnified against all losses, liabilities, claims and expenses in respect of injury, loss or damage to persons or property during your stay in the Exhibition Halls.

It is recommended that Organisers also take out insurance to cover themselves against cancellation of an event.

Insurance for exhibitors
It is recommended that all Exhibitors take out insurance to cover themselves against loss of property damage to their stand, etc.
