Develop your vocal skills in a lively and informative workshop led by Mary King, singing excerpts from John Adams's contemporary opera Doctor Atomic.

Doctor Atomic tells the story of Dr J Robert Oppenheimer and the creation of the first atomic bomb. This workshop is suitable for people with some singing experience and who can read music. 

Ticket holders for this event can claim a 20% discount on tickets for the performance of Doctor Atomic at the Barbican on 25 April 2017.

Please note the BBC Singers are not involved in this workshop.

Music will be provided at the event (please note that this will be collected at the end).
