Two experimental performances play with your expectations of a club night, combining audio and visuals into a surrounding sonic experience. Atom TM and Robin Fox present the UK premiere of Double Vision, and Pole presents the album release show for new album Wald in a special audiovisual set with MFO, followed by sets from Italy's new wave of electronic musicians hosted by Club to Club.

One of techno’s most influential figures, Atom TM joins multimedia artist Robin Fox, to create a 360 degree manipulation of the senses. Lasers pan across you - the screen talks to you – you begin to notice projections on the walls and the ceiling.

Abrasive, experimental sounds and a kind of deconstructed pop music, work in perfect tandem with the visuals for a complete and unique piece.

The first half of this club night sees Berliner, Pole join forces with visual artist MFO to unveil music from his new album Wald for the first time in the UK. When people first heard Pole’s 1 in the mid-90s, it was unlike anything they’d ever heard or imagined before. Its use of white noise and glitches influenced dub techno and all the chugs which have come since.

In this new project, MFO manipulates and sequences stills of natural images - they become animations, acting as visual performers. The music, taken from Wald, has a fluid groove, yet is also harsh, heavy and chunky, a dynamic development of Pole's signature sound. These art forms combined explore sound, landscape and space. The result is pushing the boundaries of what can be performed on the visual stage.

Bringing the evening to a close, Club To Club present enveloping and electrifying sets from three of Italy’s foremost electronic musicians: Ninos du Brasil live, Not Waving live, Vaghe Stelle, as part of The Italian New Wave series of events.
