Six-time Grammy Award winner and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, Dr John is the living embodiment of New Orleans' rich musical heritage. Tonight he pays tribute to the quintessential jazz cityís favourite son, Louis Armstrong

With a new album due on Proper Records in the summer featuring a host of guests from Bonnie Raitt to Terence Blanchard, Dr. John brings a lifetime of collaboration and invention Ė stretching back to the 50s Ė to a project thatís sure to conjure up the enduring spirit and extraordinary talent of the man who took the jazz message worldwide.
