2010’s album Early in the Morning took Irish singer-songwriter James Vincent McMorrow from pushing trolleys at an airport and recording in an isolated cabin near the Irish Sea to a number one, gold-certified debut album in his native country and sold out shows everywhere including the Royal Festival Hall.

James's much-awaited new album, Post Tropical will be out in 2014. A collection of meticulously-crafted songs featuring McMorrow’s idiosyncratic falsetto with a nourishing texture of sounds and melodies from soaring brass to looped pianos - this is the coming-of-age of James Vincent McMorrow.

‘An arresting journey from emotional trials to aural pleasure’ Uncut on Early in the Morning

Denai Moore will open the evening.
