Royal Northern Sinfonia

Royal Northern Sinfonia, Orchestra of The Sage Gateshead, presents its first London season at Milton Court Concert Hall. The UK's only full-time chamber orchestra is joined by its music director and internationally-renowned violinist, Thomas Zehetmair, for an all-Mozart programme that is at the heart of their repertoire. Zehetmair is joined by star violist, Ruth Killius for Mozart's Sinfonia Concertante complemented by his lively Divertimento K136 and the majestic Symphony No 39. Described as 'one of the most daringly responsive Mozartian orchestras in the country' (Alfred Hickling, The Guardian) Northern Sinfonia and Zehetmair perform 'as if the ink were still wet on the page' (Thomas Zehetmair).
