If you could capture the essence of a city in a single sentence, what would that sentence be? We all have places that are important to us, even if we don't fully recognise the value they hold. Barbican Young Poets respond to photos of cities from around the world, displayed in the Barbican Art Gallery exhibition Everything Was Moving: Photography from the 60s and 70s , and collaborate with Guildhall School musicians to present digitally-driven performances which interweave these images with original poetry, spoken word and sound.
