Through the full IBFF programme of features, documentaries and shorts we travel to monasteries in some of the world's most beautiful and remote locations, to different epochs and with some fascinating Buddhist figures both fictional and real.

The common thread between all films is the personal, interior journey that we witness characters or documentary subjects undergo, as they journey towards enlightenment.
