Firstly log in as a freeB member to be able to view freeB tickets!

Step 1:

- Select performance date

- Click continue

Step 2:

- Select seating area (selected seating area will appear orange)

- Click continue

Step 3a:

- freeB seats are highlighted as black in the key with the cost of £0.00

- Check there are some available- if there aren’t check a different day. (In the case there are still none, freebies for the selected event are sold out)

Step 3b:

- Select your seat (remember you can select up to two)

- Your seat selection will appear with a tick, and its clarified seat number will appear in the selection box.

- Total cost will appear blank (if it doesn’t, perhaps you are not logged in as a freeB member or you did not select allocated freeB seats)

- Click continue

Step 4:

- Your ticket selection will appear in this listing

- It should appear as ‘freeB’, the amount of tickets you selected, followed by the price of £0.00 (Should it appear in another tickets type allocation, switch it to ‘freeB’ alongside the number or tickets you requested)

- Then select ‘add to basket and continue browsing’ or ‘add to basket and proceed to checkout’.

Step 5:

- Basket Summary

- Tickets should appear as £0.00

- Select other promos if you like

- Click go to checkout

Step 6a:

- Payment details page

- Your membership details should appear

- Your basket details will appear

Step 6b:

* If you are asked for your card details you are not booking freeB tickets! 
Please start again and check you are following these directions correctly *

- Check the conditions of sale box

- Click confirm booking

Ok! All done! Now just remember to pick up your ticket an hour before the performance starts and bring a valid ID as proof of age.
