Find out more about Dancing around Duchamp

A riotous, Dada-flavoured programme by a trio of Underground greats. Profane jokester of 60s US experimental film, Robert Nelson (1930-2012) typically packed his films with crazed digressions and absurd ideas.

His Plastic Haircut (1963) and Bleu Shut (1970) screen here alongside New Improved Institutional Quality (1976) by George Landow (1944-2011), in which a man submits to a bizarre educational test involving meaningless, contradictory and impossible-to-follow instructions.

Senseless (1961), an apparently formless, improvised film by celebrated Beatnik prankster Ron Rice (1935-64) rounds off the night.

With thanks to International Short Film Festival Oberhausen
