Through this 90 minute walking tour we reveal the history of the site and the plans behind the original design. Tours depart from the Advance Ticket desk inside the Silk St entrance and end at the Lakeside where you can enjoy a free coffee with your meal at the Barbican Foodhall and a discount from the Art Gallery Shop and merchandise for sale at the Advance Ticket desk.

During this 75 minute tour you will discover the usually unseen backstage spaces of the Barbican, tread the boards and climb the fly tower as we lead you from the depths to the heights and into the spotlight!
