Visit the Wonder: Art and Science on the Brain

Tues, 1pm-1.45pm.

Traditionally, our internal clocks are regulated by natural light and the seasons. But city life, with its shift work, artificially lit offices and bright computer screens may be disrupting our natural rhythms – a phenomenon called social jetlag. Katharina Wulff, a neurobiologist at the University of Oxford, studies the link between sleep cycles and mental health.

This event is part of a regular series of events from Wellcome Collection, visit the website to find out more.
