Friday – Box Office opens at 4.30pm; Doors open at 5pm
Saturday and Sunday – Box Office opens at 11.30am; Doors open at 12pm
Tickets and wristbands
Ticket exchange or resale will not be possible after June 28th. Duplicate tickets cannot be issued. Please keep your tickets in a safe place. Photo ID required on the day.
Tickets will be exchanged for wristbands at the venue. Wristbands must be worn at all times. Wristbands removed from the wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid. If you have purchased a weekend ticket DO NOT remove your wristband between days . The venue is not a seated auditorium and all tickets are standing.
Food, drink and cloakroom
Food and drinks will be on offer at food stalls and bars in the venue. No food or drink can be brought into the venue; bags can be subject to a search upon entry . Credit cards are accepted at the bars but crafts and food stalls are cash only. Cloakroom available during opening hours.
Age guidance
Festival suitable for all ages. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. All children over the age of 2 need a ticket.
Accessibility
Customers with access needs will be able to use a lift to access the viewing platform. Spaces for wheelchair user and companion are available (companion standing).
