“sex,
sex, sex, sex, sex, sex, sex....I just went on a first date (with a
lady of class and distinction) to this scholarly collection of works.
It ranks right up there. We followed the exposition with a night
together I can only dream of to repeat.”
“This was an excellent gathering of objects from around the world and
all eras, to remind us how central sex has always been to our cultures,
and should stay that way, uncensored, and beautiful. If anything it was too small, even if size doesn't count, sometimes you're left short of breath and asking for more... ;o)”
“yes i have seen and it was such a nice exhibition i love the work of
old masters like picasso.egawn shelly and other its a great time
really”
“I went just
yesterday and although I was pressed for time (the trains into London
stopped running for about an hour), I saw as much as I could and
enjoyed every bit of it. As I am from the States, I was supremely glad
I was here while the exhibition was on as we'd never be allowed to show
this over there. ” "Being
the aspiring sexual historian I am, I deeply appreciated the attention
to the cultural and social impact sexuality has. It is not simply an
isolated act and for me this exhibit illustrated that beautifully.”
“I
thought it was great, but I actually found it surprisingly tame. Maybe
hanging around the Kinsey Institute has inured me, but there were very
few things that really shocked me. I really loved the buxey piece,
though.”
“I saw the show on the private view night. It was amazing, so much to
see and all of it so beautiful. Esp the Indian miniatures. I will go
back and visit again and hopefully catch some of the talks.”
“Loved 'Seduced' especially Jeff Koons and Klimt's sketches and will be back before it disappears!!”
